José Vicente Arcenio de Obaldía y Orejuela (born July 19, 1806, Santiago de Veraguas – died December 28, 1889, David) was a Neogranadine statesmen and lawyer, who served as President of the Republic of the New Granada in two occasions between 1851-1852 and 1854-1855. He was also a key figure in the Panamanian struggle for independence and his son José Domingo de Obaldía became President of Panama.
