Jose Peña Gutierrez (born December 3, 1942 in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched from 1969-1972 for the Cincinnati Reds and Los Angeles Dodgers. After leaving the major leagues, he pitched in Mexico through 1984 and then became a manager in the Mexican leagues.
