José Alcides "Pepe" Moreno Mora is a Colombian soccer player of Steaua Bucureşti. In 2007, Independiente moved to acquire him for $900,000 from América de Cali^[1]. Moreno also played for Dynamo Kyiv on loan from América de Cali. He is a striker.

In 2006 Moreno Mora played three games for the Colombia^[2]

In January 2008 Moreno joined Steaua Bucureşti.
