Since Jorge of Montemayor was born and spent all his youth in Portugal and was also a member of the Portuguese court, I changed the sentence "Spanish novelist and poet, of Portuguese origin" for "Portuguese novelist and poet, who wrote almost exclusively in Spanish". It cannot be denied however that he belongs to the Spanish rather than the Portuguese literature. Fsouza 23:13, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
