The next statement is false: "Mexico candidacy without a party is not allowed, he is not a registered candidate and all votes for him would be null votes"

As a matter of fact, candidacy wihtout a party IS allowed in Mexico, it is called "Candidato Ciudadano" which means citizen candidancy and votes for that person WOULD be valid. ---LEPE REVILLA
