Final answer: First, make sure you're inside the clock tower. You need to make the combination lock to say "221". This can be tricky. Here are the instructions:
- Pull the left lever long enough to make the lock change once.
- Pull the right lever and hold it down until the lock has changed three times.
- Pull the right lever again and make the lock change once.
