Hello

Is this the place I put some info about myself I wonder?

You can see where I live from my user name - Ashford Kent UK of GB - that's the United Kingdom of Great Britain!

Interests - well started life as an undergrad studying Archaeology at the Inst of Arch University of London (now part of University College London, then moved on to post-grad at the Universität Freiburg then about ten years in emergency management, the last four years in arts administration European Funded arts projects now moved into applied IT - specifically supporting the Arts in Kent County through the creative use of IT.

So what do I use Wikipedia for? Mostly helping my children with their homework so I thought it only fair to put a little back - mostly this will be editing non-native speakers to improve the flow of the text where it obstructs the meaning. Rather ironically, I am also slightly dyslexic so you may see the odd "typo" in my contributions for example I might have typed contributoins ..........but I am sure I'll be forgiven for this.

I know how hard it is to write in a foreign language! As I suppose I would say I speak fluent FR and DE - but writing - that is quite another thing altogether.
