Jonathan Motzfeldt

Jonathan Motzfeldt (born September 25, 1938) was the first Prime Minister of Greenland.
From 1971 to 1979, he presided the Greenland Assembly. He was prime minister twice, from May 1, 1979 to March 18, 1991 and from September 19, 1997 to December 14, 2002. Motzfeldt is the current president of the West Nordic Council.
