Jonathan Fitchew is joint founder Pareto Law a sales[[1]] development and graduate recruitment [[2]]company based in [Wilmslow][3] near Manchester in England.
In 1995 he formed [Pareto Law] [4]which, along with co-founder Andrew Sawer. Pareto now assesses, selects and trains some 1400 graduates per year for careers in sales with leading UK companies. In addition to graduate recruitment Pareto Law is a repository of expertise in sales training from presentation skills to cold calling to advanced negotiation techniques.
In 2005 Jonathan’s company won the [Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work for Award] [5]
He has written numerous articles on business development and HR related issues[6] Jonathan holds a BSc(Hons) in Economics from [University College London][7].
