Jonas Čepulis (born August 11, 1939) is a former heavyweight boxer from present day Lithuania.

Čepulis represented the Soviet Union and participated in the 1968 Mexico City Olympiad, where he was knocked out by future World Champion George Foreman for the Heavyweight Gold Medal.
