Joe Sheerin is an Irish striker who was a trainee with Chelsea F.C. in the Late 1990s and played once, coming on as a substitute for Gianfranco Zola. His career has been halted on numerous occasions with injuries. Previously a favourite with AFC Wimbledon, where he was captain at one point, scoring 35 goals in 85 matches. He joined the Tanners from Croydon Athletic F.C. in 2006.
