The Joliet JackHammers are an independent baseball team based in Joliet, Illinois. The JackHammers compete in the Northern League. Their home field is the Silver Cross Field.

Their first season was the 2002 season. Their only playoff appearance came in that season.
The 2008 Jackhammers will be managed by one time Arizona Diamondback managerial candidate Wally Backman. The primary radio announcer will be Jon Versteeg.
