Thanks for the encouragement and support. I won't submit the article for another appraisal any time soon because I don't have much faith in the process. In particular, Wiki needs to provide clear guidelines about its rating system. For instance, there should be a very clear differentiation between a good article and a feature article, which I think should be like separate divisions in a football league. I've always thought the article was good enough for GA, being about as good as one might expect in an encyclopaedia that anyone can edit, but not good enough for an FA, which I think should be of a professional standard typical of a quality encyclopaedia. I think it was failed as if it were an FA candidate and there is a good chance that it will be failed again for the same reason.

I hear you. I stay content to do grunt work type of editing on wikipedia. It is admirable that people are willing to put out such amazing work for free. I really enjoyed your article. Johnor (talk) 17:30, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
