[edit] Adding external links
The Wikipedia:External links page is a very handy guide which outlines the accepted criteria for determining whether a particular webpage should be linked to.
I hope that this explains why I removed several external links that you recently added; they didn't seem to be appropriate in the places where you added them. As an example, on three different pages, List of culinary herbs and spices, Brandy, and Grappa, you added a link to http://dalmatiancooking.com/2008/01/13/travarica/. This blog entry on travarica just doesn't fit in with the content of the pages. Instead, you might consider making the travarica page into an actual article (currently it redirects, but the #redirect [[Croatian cuisine]] code can be removed if you type an article).
I hope that this doesn't discourage you from editing. I haven't seen too many editors contribute information regarding Croatian culture, so your contributions on such topics, or others, will be greatly appreciated, I'm sure.
Please feel free to respond here if you have any questions (click edit and type at the very bottom).
