[edit] Anti-romanian massacres in north transylvania, 1940-1944
Hi. I'll reserve judgment on this page until you've finished editing, but note that a better way to do this sport of thing is in a sandbox under your username - e.g. User:John the Historian/sandbox, and then create the article page once you're happy with the text. Messages such as "Note - this page is an exact translation of the romanian version. Translation is currently in progress. Please do not edit this page except to mirror the romanian version." are best avoided in article space.
I note, however, that the capitalisation of the pager title is not good, and the date in the title is probably unnecessary. --Tagishsimon (talk)
Thanks for fixing the capitalisation in the title, I did not have the option to do that. The article has another problem now, the second image does not show, even though it is linked in the same way as the first image, and both images show on the Romanian version of the article. The only difference between the two images is that the first is jpg and the second is gif but I think this should not matter. --John the Historian (talk)
[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Monument of horthy victims in Ip Salaj.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Monument of horthy victims in Ip Salaj.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 13:59, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
