How can someone with 3 honorary doctorates and a former chairman of an ivy league college Department of Biology and is a fellow of the AAAS be nonnotable? --Filll 02:13, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

It is just a stub. Much more is possible if you will let me work on this. This guy had an amazing career. he got a PhD at the same time as serving in the air force! As near as I can tell he got it from harvard in 2 or 3 years, with the war in between. He is a very central figure in popularizing evolution. Many visiting professorships around the world and a long long list of honors aside from being a fellow and 3 honorary doctorates aside from his earned doctorate. And still very active at an advanced age. not notable?--Filll 04:14, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
