"Lost Her in the Sun" was a nifty song from Stewart's "Bombs Away Dream Babies" album. Believe it came out in 1979. The song didn't get nearly as much airplay as the hit song from the same album. "Gold" was the BIG hit but I believe "Lost Her in the Sun" was the best song on the album.
- Right...and it was a minor hit. Okay...needs to be added. - WarriorScribe 01:54, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Daydream Believer
Stewart recorded this himself a little later, does anyone know which album it is from.
Also a collective of Sunderland F.C. supporters recorded a song using this tune called 'Cheer Up Peter Reid', namechecking their then manager, under the name 'Simply Red and White'. It was a hit single in the UK. Is this worth mentioning in the article? Martyn Smith (talk) 16:10, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
Stewart's version of "Daydream Believer" was on "The Lonesome Picker Rides Again" album from 1971. P.Robinson, 16 February, 2008
