Seems that he is notable because lots of Wikipedia articles use his site as a source and someone may need to check if he is a wikipedia:reliable source. --Philip Baird Shearer 11:21, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

This page strikes me as a vanity piece, in all probability written by the subject himself.
