- I had de-linked the years in the article per WP:DATE that encourages users to "limit links to other time period related articles" and explains that one should "link to one of these pages only if it is likely to deepen readers' understanding of a topic." In my opinion, linking every year in the article is certainly not limiting links to year articles, and does nothing to deepen any understanding of Mr. Fowler’s life or career.
- I had eliminated the full dates of birth and death from the lead paragraph to help keep it clean, and inserted them in the body of the article. Doing this helps keep the lead section a concise summary of the subject of the article. The main body of the article is the place for specifics, particularly for this article, which, quite honestly, I don't see able to expand beyond its current length.
- It is certainly notable that Memphis, Texas, is the county seat of Hall County, Texas, and, I'm quite sure, duly noted in both of those articles. Here, however, the fact that Memphis is the county seat is irrelevant to the location of Mr. Fowler’s pharmacy. If, for example, there were some requirement that pharmacies could only be located in county seats, or some such, Memphis’ county seat-hood would certainly be relevant. But, failing that or any other relevant reason, that information has no place in this article.
