Better than the stub, but where did it come from? Why isn't it cited or wikied? There are some typos, too. I don't want to invest time cleaning it up if it is a copy vio from somewhere else. -- SECisek (talk) 06:54, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

The material is from my research. No violations of copyright are involved, but formatting was lost when I tried to copy my Word file into the Wikipedia window. Wloveral (talk) 14:04, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
