Talk:John McWethy

[edit] Conspiracy theory
Can we knock it off with the adding in of an unsubstantiated claim that the Bush administration was responsible for McWethy's death? This does not belong in the article unless you can cite some verifiable sources. Mantisia (talk) 13:28, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
Nintendoangie, please stop adding unsourced, libelous claims into this article. I'm no fan of the Bush administration, but I don't let personal feelings get in the way of verifiable facts. I don't like revert wars, but I will not let your claims stand without proof. Hopefully an editor can come in here and deal with this. Mantisia (talk) 12:11, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
I seem to be talking to myself here... but, Nintendoangie, if you would simply add a verifiable and reliable source to your claim I would be perfectly willing to allow your claim to be presented in the article. Mantisia (talk) 12:30, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
- Third opinion: Agreed. Without any sort of sourcing, it shouldn't be included. I left a note on the user's talk page, so hopefully he or she will jump into the conversation. Until then, I'm not sure there's much you can do aside from reverting. I'll keep an eye on the page as well. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 12:38, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
