The de Version mentions 1937 as year of birth - one year later. Whoever knows it for sure should correct the wrong version. --Bodo Thiesen 03:14, 1 February 2006 (UTC)

The English version maintains 1936 as his date of birth. See [1]; although the on-line evidence is not totally convincing either way. Regards,

This John Gorman is no more notable than John Gorman (footballer) or indeed Sir John Gorman. What does everyone think about turning John Gorman into a disam page, moving what's on John Gorman now to John Gorman (musician). Try saying that fast! HornetMike 15:53, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
