[edit] Removed sentance

Interestingly, Faulkner, a member of the Party's minority Left Faction, was still able to defeat right-wing 'heavy-weights' such as Rann and Crean, demonstrating his immense personal popularity within the party.

I've removed this sentance. I didn't think it added much, and I think it's OR. The rank and file is considerably to the left of most of the elected representatives, and it's long been known that Faulkner is popular, so it's no surprise that he won. Regards, Ben Aveling 07:11, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
