I am not sure what the criteria is for adding information about yourself but this article could do with some work. It should have a Neutral Point of View to start which is one of the corer premises of WP.


The reason behind adding my information on here is because I am 22 and have had 64 Amature and Professional Fights combined. The reason I am adding it on here is because MMA is the most upriseing sport in history right now and alot of people do not know about it. So I not only intend on doing my own article on here but many other fighters as well with there permission not only to help there career but for them to be known and for this sport to continue to grow. Alot of people are still ignorant on the subject I only want to bring more knowledge to the subject. The reason I add mine is because at 22 Iv had a substancial amount of fights and alot of people like to read about it. Not to mention the fact that WP is widely searched on the internet and people would love and respect the sport more if they really knew about it. As for a Netural Point of View I have tried to write it as such and I think I have done a fairly good job of it I did not gloat in the article but kept it netural the whole time. Hi John. Read the link on article page on autobiographical articles. I think you will find the background to the header there (I am just trying to implement some WP guidelines). If you are happy to continue then I suggest at a minimum that

  • You register as a user - IP address edits get more attention than registered users I think (POV)
  • Get other people to review and edit the article (not vandalise !)
  • Look at similar sports articles on this subject on WP to look at style.

I don't see this article being 'neutral' as you put it. I also don't believe you've done all that you put on the page.
