Overall, a good article of good length and detail. I think the intro could use a little work - outside of being a politician and the son of so-and-so, why is he significant? What is he known for? If I learn only one thing about Colepeper from this article, what should it be? Then, just add a section break to split the intro off from the main text, and you're done changing this from a Start article to a promising candidate for B-class status.
