A minor point surely, but still worth mentioning:
I knew that it would only be a matter of days until someone added the "proper" 1911 tag. I could have done so myself of course, but deliberately decided against it. I gave up all hope long ago that there could be two alternatives existing side by side.
My dictionary tells me that "if a thing incorporates something else, it includes it as one of the parts that make up the whole thing." Well, the John Cameron article does not incorporate the 1911 Britannica text; it is the 1911 Britannica text. <KF> 01:25, Dec 9, 2004 (UTC)
