JohnsonDiversey, Inc. was created by Johnson Wax Professional's acquisition of the DiverseyLever company in May, 2002. JohnsonDiversey serves the business-to-business marketplace by bringing products and services to customers in more than 140 countries worldwide. They employ about 11,000 persons and have estimated sales of $3.2 billion.
JohnsonDiversey is one of the world's leaders in developing and marketing cleaning and hygiene solutions and services that are used in commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. [1] They have teams of people focused on delivering these solutions to specific customer sectors. These include, retail, food & beverage, food service, healthcare, lodging, building service contractors, commercial laundry, government, education, manufacturing, janitorial distributors and cash & carry.
