Johnny Boychuk (born January 19th, 1984) is a professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League. Besides his love of hockey, Boychuk is also a huge heavy metal fan. He has cited that some of his favorite bands include Iron Maiden, The Leaky Faucets, XIII Days & Nightwish.
