John Wood (Room to Read)

John Wood is the founder and CEO of the non-profit organization Room to Read, which brings books and builds libraries for underprivelged children in Nepal, Laos, and other third-world countries, and a former Microsoft employee. He has a MBA degree from Northwestern University.[1][2][3] He is also the author of the book Leaving Microsoft to Change the World, which describes his journey to Nepal, and how he left a high-paying job at Microsoft to start Room to Read.[4]
