John Rafer

John Rafer is an English writer based in Suffolk, England. As a writer of numerous newspaper and magazine articles, he is best known for his short story “Leather” that is based on his experiences as a professional boxer in the 1980’s. John has reported extensively in Asia and lived in Sumatra for 5 years where he wrote "The Tiger is still bright". Adapted for TV as part of the New Asia series.
