John Newland (November 23, 1917, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - January 10, 2000, Los Angeles, California, USA) was a US director, actor, film producer and script writer.
John Newland acted in 104 episodes of several TV series, among them:

John Newland also created the TV series The Man Who Never Was.
He died of a stroke.
During the Years 1959, 1960 and 1961, John Newland was the host of the Paranormal-Based television series One Step Beyond, as well as its short-lived counterpart The Next Step Beyond in 1978. He wrote and directed several episodes of that series as well as several episodes of the Twilight Zone.
