John Milton Bryan Simpson (May 30, 1903 in Kissimmee, Florida - August 22, 1987).

John M. Bryan Simpson was a federal judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Judge Simpson was appointed as a U.S. District Judge in 1950 by President Harry Truman. Prior to serving on the U.S. Court District Court, he was a circuit court Judge for the state of Florida.
