John Patrick Greco (born March 24, 1985 in Youngstown, Ohio) is a former college football offensive tackle for the Toledo Rockets. He is considered by some to be a top guard prospect in the 2008 NFL Draft.[1] He played high school football at Boardman High School in Youngstown.

He was selected 65th overall in the 3rd round for the St. Louis Rams in the 2008 NFL Draft. In college, he allowed 6.5 scks in two years and was one of the strongest offensive linemen in the 2008 draft: bench presses 420 pounds and leg presses 1,050 pounds, best on the team.
