John F. McClelland, CBE (born in Glasgow, Scotland) is a Scottish businessman and a former chairman of Rangers F.C.

McClelland began his work at Ibrox in October 2000. He graduated from Glasgow College after studying finance and business, specialising in industrial management. He then went on to become a Fellow of the Institution of Industrial Managers, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and also a Fellow and a visiting professor in manufacturing at the University of Paisley.

McClelland was appointed as vice-chairman on November 8, 2001 and became chairman of the club in July 2002, when David Murray stood down. He remained in the position until September 2004 when Murray returned as chairman, so McClelland reverted back to his previous appointment. Following a restructuring of the club's staff he stepped down in September 2005 and stopped doing his footballing executive duties with the club but remains as a non-executive director.

In 1994, on a recommendation by the then Prime Minister John Major, he was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire for his work in the fields of industry and education.
