Hannu Erkki Johannes Koskinen (born December 19, 1954 in Janakkala, Finland) is a member of the Parliament of Finland and former Minister of Justice (1999-2005). He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Finland (SDP) and a former member of Hämeenlinna city council (1989–2004).
