Johannes Flintoe (1786, Copenhagen – 27 January 1870, Copenhagen) was a Danish-Norwegian painter, known for his depiction of landscapes and scenes from Danish and Scandinavian history. Flintoe taught evening classes at the School of Drawing in Christiania in 1838, which were attended by Hans Gude when he was a child.[1]
