[edit] NPOV dispute
I believe that the refferences to the style of the advertising campaign and to the use of Eric Cantona are not from a neutral point of view, and seem to contain an element of sarcasm.
you're wrong—Preceding unsigned comment added by 143.167.231.229 (talk • contribs) 17:38, May 9, 2006
I have added a link to the first video, and added quotation marks for the part "live from the heart of Germany". I believe that the mention of Eric Cantona is just to add background to the videos (since Cantona is a retired footballer). I believe that the mention that it is an underground station, etc. is objectively said.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.82.105.199 (talk • contribs) 23:22, May 24, 2006
you have to be kidding me. the stuff about Eric Cantona is not at implying something about him or the joga campaign. it simply sounds like more information about the whole topic. without the information about Cantona the article is incomplete -Poj21
[edit] The Reason for Cantona
The reason for using Eric Cantona for the spokesperson for the Joga Bonito comercials is that he did many of the things he talked about. He played from the heart and not for the nmoney like many players do today.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.22.186.7 (talk • contribs) 13:43, June 12, 2006
You guys dont think it's worth mentioning the disreputable nature of some of the major parts of the campaign: ie Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, Eric Cantona. Cantona beat up a fan once, Ronaldo is a known diver, and Rooney speaks for himself. It seems that using such players could have been intentional irony. It is also weird how self centred the players in the commercials are. Any thoughts? User: Nlsanand
I agree, but who else would they get that will be willing to do a thing like that?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.6.37.146 (talk • contribs) 22:20, October 3, 2006
[edit] List of social networking websites on AfD
List of social networking websites is currently an AfD candidate. You are invited to partake in this discussion. Czj 18:57, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] THIS ARTICLE IS WRONG!
Whoever wrote that Joga Bonito is '...a football-oriented social network service created by Nike and Google...' is wrong. What is explained there is merely a part of the whole Joga Bonito campaign (in the form of a website - http://www.joga.com). Joga Bonito is, to put it quick, to honour the most popular sport in the World and make the game beautiful again (after the cheats [divers, etc.] have made bad), with the 5 principles (honour, heart, skill, joy, team). This needs to be changed and I don't mind doing it. Someone needs to reply and realise this, so someone please do! I'm surprised that something so major has been put on Wikipedia incorrectly, and even after that, no-one has bothered to sort it out, maybe they knew, maybe they didn't. Anyway someone make a comment to agree with this, which is the truth! Then we can do something! --- MAZITO - Friday, 10 November, 2006; 21:52 (GMT)
- Is anyone going to reply then. If no-one does, I'm just going to go ahead and change it myself soon, because I know I'm right anyway! FFS answer me, guys!

[edit] Notability
Notability needs to be established per WP:WEB here. There isn't a single source or link used which is independent of the source.--Crossmr (talk) 05:51, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
