This does not seem to be NPV. Appropriate referencing and more specifics would help this. (ie - who considers him one of the best surfers, has he won any awards/prizes?) --Ladybirdintheuk 14:25, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

Added external links to back up "one of best surfers" assertion. Can we now pull the "not NPV" template?  ;-)

Also, is it appropriate to cite a video documentary as a reference? - particularly relevant for a skill that can only be appreciated visually! And how do I cite a video without being "commercial"? --Ian Page 02:09, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
