Eat the State and references

Please check out this edit. If you can find a better/more neutral source or combination of sources perhaps from the existing batch, we should have a summary of his common views in the lead--where does this fellow stand, and so on.

Arrests

You have edited out the referenced section that deals with his arrest for failing to pay the state back for several thousand dollars and there is the unasnwered question on the talk pages that you archived on his other multiple arrests for various traffic issues. Your multiple edits (lots and lots on a single day make looking at the versions a bit more difficult) include something about a throw away line on the arrest. The multiple arrests, all occuring while holding public office, seem to be relevant to the background of this guy. Do you want to take a stab at a nuetral way of putting the facts in (with the cites) or should I take a gander. Your edits all look pretty fine, the Eat the State is fine in the context you put the source to me. If you don't get a chance to get back to this, I'll take a stab at it.
