Joey Mente (born February 24, 1976 in Samar, Philippines) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who currently plays for the Welcoat Dragons. He was drafted 6th overall by San Miguel in 2001.

Mente played for San Miguel and participated in the 2001 PBA Slam dunk Contest, which he won. He only played 20 games for Welcoat in the 2006-07 PBA season and averaged 8.3 points per game and 2.6 rebounds per game.
