Jose Enrique S. Garcia III (born November 12, 1971) is the Mayor of Balanga City, Bataan.

Garcia is the son of Bataan Governor Enrique "Tet" Garcia and Mrs. Vickie Garcia. Younger brother of Congressman Albert "Abet" S. Garcia.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University.

Garcia is married to Maria Isabel Fernandez, and has two sons, Diego (born 2002) and Paolo (born 2005).
