Joel Williams (born December 13, 1956 in Miami, Florida) is a former professional American football linebacker who played 11-years in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons and the Philadelphia Eagles from 1979 to 1989.
Williams still holds the Falcons record for most quarterback sacks in a season with 16.
