Joel Ward (born February 21, 1980) is a Canadian ice hockey player for the Minnesota Wild of the National Hockey League.
He was recalled on December 13, 2006 and played his first NHL game on the 16th vs the Vancouver Canucks.
He is playing the 2007–08 season for the Houston Areos.
He starred in the CIS for the UPEI Panthers.
