Joe Wheeler

Joe Wheeler (died 1977), although only a British civil servant by trade, is believed to have been the first person to have completed a full version of Mahler's 10th Symphony, before the more-well-acclaimed version by Deryck Cooke.
Wheeler's version appears on Naxos's recording of the Mahler.
