Joe Tillen, born December 15, 1986 in Reading, Berkshire, England is a winger currently playing for Icelandic club Fram Reykjavik.
He was previously in the youth setup at Chelsea. His brother Sam Tillen, formerly of Chelsea and Brentford, is also a professional footballer. On May 14, 2008 he signed with Icelandic team Fram Reykjavik.
Joe received the first red card of his career following a debatable tackle during one of Thatcham Town's games
