Joseph H. Scarpati (born March 5, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York), is a former professional American football safety who played for the Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints in a 7-year NFL career from 1964 through 1970. He was the holder to Tom Dempsey's record breaking 63-yard field goal.
