Joseph Michael Pelkey (born September 19, 1990) is a Canadian junior ice hockey player and assistant captain of the Vancouver Giants of the Western Hockey League (WHL). The Central Scouting Service has ranked him 63rd overall North American and the International Scouting Service has ranked him 69th overall in their final prospect list for the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
In his first season, he finished third in scoring among rookies with 37 points (23 goals, 14 assists). Currently, in his second season with the Giants, Pelkey has amassed 43 points (21 goals, 22 assists).
