Joe Hound

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Joe Hound is an American rapper signed to Epidemic Records.

As a youth, Joe Hound stayed connected to both the streets and the athletic world, bussed in to the predominately black North Miami High School where he was a star football player, as well as a member of both the track and basketball team.

Friends with Andre Lyon since junior high school, Joe Hound attended North Miami High School with super hip hop producers Andre "Dre" Lyon and Marcello "Cool" Valenzano aka Cool and Dre. Together the three formed a musical alliance and recorded an independent album together called Stressed Out, Lost and Confused.

After high school Joe Hound briefly attended Bethune-Cookman College on a basketball scholarship. Returning to Miami a year later he realigned with Cool and Dre.

Joe Hound is set to release his first full length album Misery Loves Company sometime in 2008.
