Joe Edwards is a St. Louis businessman and community figure notable for his contributions to the Delmar Loop area of University City. He is the owner of the Blueberry Hill bar, the Tivoli theater, the Pageant nightclub, the Pin-Up Bowl cocktail bar, and is the founder of the St. Louis Walk of Fame.

Edwards has had a long friendship with rock guitarist Chuck Berry who performs regularly in the Duck Room of Blueberry Hill.[1]

In 2004, Edwards received an honorary doctorate of laws from Washington University in St. Louis[2] followed by an honorary doctorate of humanitarian letters from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2006.[3]
