Joe Di Paola is a municipal councillor in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. First elected in 1997, he represented Ward 6 on Richmond Hill Town Council since then, and was re-elected in 2000 and 2003. In the General Election on January 23, 2006, he was defeated as a candidate of the Conservative Party of Canada in the federal constituency of Richmond Hill. In the Municipal Elections on November 13, 2006, Joe Di Paola was defeated as a candidate for a Regional Councillor seat in York Region.
